Health Related Transport

Inner West Community Transport provides transport to Concord Hospital, including clinics and Dame Eadith Walker Dialysis Unit. This transport is available to frail aged people, younger people with a disability, or transport disadvantaged people.

The service is for people living independently at home, in Nursing Homes, either full care or self-care, Boarding Houses and Retirement Villages.

Cost

A one way journey costs $6.00. The return journey is free.
Costs can be negotiated for those who are financially disadvantaged.

When & Where

Friday ONLY
First pick up at: 8:30am
Last drop off at: 3:00pm

The service stops running for two weeks over the Christmas period.
