All you need to know about hiring our buses

IWCT make available two Toyota Coaster buses for local community groups or groups who are transport disadvantaged to hire. Both buses are wheelchair accessible with a maximum seating capacity of 19 passengers (driver included).

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO HIRE A BUS or DRIVER?

If you are a registered organisation and have read and agreed to our "General Terms and Conditions" proceed to step 2

Step 1

Download and complete the Organisation Registration Form. Please note that until your organisation is registered with us you will be unable to hire a bus or driver.

Download and complete the Driver Registration Form. Please note that until your nominated Driver is registered and has undergone our Driver Orientation session they will be unable to drive our bus.

WHO CAN DRIVE THE BUS?

Hiring groups can nominate their own driver or hire a driver from IWCT (depending on availability). If you are nominating your own driver they must have an LR Licence and complete a driver orientation session with one of our staff members prior to the date of hire.

Orientation session can occurr on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons from 2.30 to 3pm. Please contact the Manager on 9745 5800 to arrange an appointment.

HOW MUCH DOES OUR BUS COST TO HIRE?

HACC Funded Organisation
$60.00 minimum up to 50 km.
$1.20 per km thereafter

Not for Profit Organisation
$10.00 Admin fee + $71.50 minimum up to 55 km
then $1.30 per km thereafter

Other Organisations
$20.00 Admin fee + $96.00 minimum up to 64 km
then $1.50 per km thereafter
