How do I refer someone to IWCT?

The easiest way to refer someone to IWCT is by filling out the on-line Client Information Referral form (otherwise known as the CIARR). You can also download and print a blank form and then fax it in on 9745 5066.

If the person being referred would like to speak to us beforehand our number is 9745 5800 and office hours are between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday. All necessary paperwork can be completed over the phone if preferred.

Our staff are able to access the Telephone Interpreter Service if required.
